The county is committed to participating in the environmental review process and will provide opportunities for public engagement on this issue. The county anticipates that a draft Tribal Environmental Impact Report will be released on or after May 5, approximately 30 days from the Notice of Preparation.
The county will forward all public comments received with the official county response. The County of Sonoma is seeking the public’s input to inform its own comments on the Notice of Preparation, which are due on May 4. The Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria have issued a Notice of Preparation of a Tribal Environmental Impact Report for the proposed Graton Resort & Casino expansion project.
